This story is not for vegetarians or vegans, but it is for meat eaters. The World's Largest Meat tray has been announced as part of the 2024 Casino Beef Week once again.

That means 190kg of prime Aussie meat valued at $6,500 which includes a chest freezer to keep your prize fresh, if you were lucky enough to be drawn the winner on May 25.

Once again the World's Largest Meat Tray is set to be a highlight of this year's Casino Beef Week (May 18-26), after last year's overwhelming success. 2024 promises to be bigger, better, and meatier, all in support of local industries and community festivities.

The World's Largest Meat Tray raffle is not just a testament to the region's rich agricultural heritage; it's a means of giving back to the community that has supported Casino Beef Week for over four decades.

"We're thrilled to offer this incredible prize for the second year running," says Jacob Stone, event coordinator. "It's a fun, engaging way to support local businesses and celebrate the spirit of Casino. We couldn't have done it without the generous support of Smith's Butchery and Oatens."

Smith's Butchery, a name synonymous with quality and tradition, will supply a vast assortment of meats, ensuring the tray is brimming with the finest cuts of beef, pork, and poultry. Complementing this cornucopia of meats, Oatens will provide a state-of-the-art chest freezer, ensuring the lucky winner can store this bounty with ease.

Brody Lisha, President of Beef Week, expressed his excitement about the event's return, stating, "Seeing the community come together for Beef Week is always a highlight of the year, and the World's Largest Meat Tray raffle has quickly become a beloved tradition.

Raffle tickets are available for purchase now, with the draw slated for 1 pm on Beef Week Saturday (25th of May) during Casino Beef Week. Participants have the chance to win not just the coveted meat tray but also to take home a piece of Casino's community spirit.
