Our Founding Story

Cuppas For Ewes was born out of a vision within Blacksheep Care Services, recognising an opportunity to provide valuable assistance and on-the-job support to our clients.

We saw the potential to create a supportive workplace, where individuals with disabilities could not only find gainful employment but also gain valuable experiences.

The idea was simple — blend meaningful work with the art of making great coffee.

Through partnerships with Blacksheep Care Services and other organisations, we aim to provide meaningful opportunities for work experience and paid employment within the local area. 

Staff and Training

Currently being actively set up and run by our CEO and Executive Assistant, Cuppas For Ewes is more than a business—it's a commitment to nurturing a supportive and inclusive workplace. Our Executive Assistant, based in Lismore, will be instrumental in training future staff, ensuring that our values, style, and mannerisms are maintained and aligned across the team. 

Integration with Blacksheep Care Services

While Cuppas For Ewes and Blacksheep Care Services are distinct entities, they share a symbiotic relationship. Integration occurs through the support offered to clients engaging in work experience or paid work at Cuppas For Ewes.

Staff crossover ensures that the mission and values of both businesses are seamlessly maintained.
