After such a successful Lismore Lantern Parade where tens of thousands lined the CBD streets to not only watch the lantern spectacle but also to support our local businesses, some of which worked overtime to be open for June 25.

Gooley’s Workwear at 27 Woodlark St has reopened. We are trading almost as normal with a range of new stock and more arriving soon. No phones yet but they are still working on that. Open Monday to Friday 9-5 and Saturday 9-12. 

Changing Image at 55 McKenzie Street, Lismore is open for all your hare care needs Tuesday 9 to 5, Wednesday & Thursday 9 to 7 and Friday 9 to 5. Call us on (02) 66222179.

TSG Lismore is open once again at 55 Conway Street, Lismore. Come and see us between 8am and 6pm Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm Sunday.

The CBD welcomes back Member for Lismore Janelle Saffin as she sets up a new office at 12-14 Carrington Street, Lismore from July 1. (Where pre poll next to Winks Hairdressing).

The Beauty Bar in the Warina Walk Arcade, Molesworth Street will be reopening on Friday, July 1st. We will be available for waxing, facials, Spray Tans, Shellac Nails, Microdermabrasion, Ear Piercing, Cosmetic Injectables, and Cosmetic Tattooing. More treatments will be available as equipment arrives. The salon phone won't be reconnected till July 20th so appointments can be made by phoning 0402 512 557.

Leo’s Food Bar in Magellan Street are back open for burgers, kebabs, chickens, chips and more.

Kol's Kebabs has reopened in Molesworth Street.

The Thai Satay Hut in Keen Street (near Tropicana) is reopen. We will be open with a very limited menu! This includes our delicious satay sticks, spring rolls, curry puffs, fried rice and curries. We look forward to seeing all of our family, friends and familiar faces from 4:00pm - 8:00pm.

Flourish Art Gallery and studio at 15 Casino Street, South Lismore is back in action! We have held our first workshop in the space recently, and with many more to come. These will be posted on our Flourish Art Facebook page. The Gallery Grand opening and group exhibition will be held on Friday 5th of August (details to come).

BYO Cellars is now open at the Wyrallah Road Shopping Centre, East Lismore 10am untill 8pm everyday.

House of Alwaans has permanently moved from his Magellan Street Lismore location to Shop 2/39-41 Main Street Clunes. Call 0497357323 to see his beautiful Moroccan rugs.

Services Australia’s Lismore Service Centre (Centrelink and Medicare) is reopening today (Monday 27) June at 47 Conway Street, Lismore.

The temporary service centre located at the Goonellabah Community Centre will continue to operate until 24 July, 2022, while the agency’s Mobile Service Centre, which has been located at the corner of Dawson and Rural Streets, will depart Lismore on Monday 27 June to serve surrounding communities.

The Lismore Service Centre on Conway Street will be open Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 4.30pm.
