CATH SIMES: Lead Vocals.

The Cath Simes Band is a dynamic 4 piece that captivates audiences wherever

they perform. This band can play all your favourite songs and are the ultimate

party band to get you up dancing!! Performing hit after hit from the ’60s through

to current chart-toppers is what they do best.

Fronting the band with impeccable vocal delivery and vivacious presence,

both on and off stage is singer Cath Simes. Her professional demeanor and

energy whilst performing has firmly placed Cath in the upper echelon of

vocalists on the NSW North Coast.

A brilliant and talented band of fine musicians accompany Cath Simes:

JAMIE SULLIVAN: Bass Guitar/Lead Vocals

30+ years in the entertainment industry, Jamie has performed nationally and

internationally with a varied selection of artists. He has vast experience in his

years performing on boutique cruise ships out of America. As a bass player,

singer, recording engineer, and arranger he has also worked with acts such

as: Leesa Gentz, Bobby Flynn, Savage Garden, Grace, and Hugh, Christine

Anu and Michelle Bradford Jones.

Jamie shares the lead vocal role with Cath Simes in this lineup offering a

versatile mix of genres.

SCOTT HILLS: Drums/Background Vocal

Known as an elite accompanist Scott has performed live or recorded with

many of Australia’s award-winning singer/songwriters: Graeme Connors, Troy

Cassar-Daley, John Williamson, Sara Storer, Kevin Bennett, and The Flood to

name a few. He has also worked with international artists Kristina Olsen,

Candi Staton, Fred Eaglesmith, and Davey Knowles.

Scott’s tight funky beat always gets people dancing from the first song.

LUCAS ZORZO: Guitar/Background Vocal

Guitarist, composer/songwriter Lucas is widely experienced in jazz, blues,

rock, country, and acoustic music. As a Band Leader, Lucas has worked

internationally in the UK, Europe, and the US. He has studied Jazz

performance at Trinity College of Music in London and has a Master of Music

Studies from the Queensland Conservatorium of Music.

Lucas is a master of blending lead and rhythm guitar in this lineup bringing to

life the classic tones from the hit songs we all know so well.

The Cath Simes Band has been instrumental to the Our Kids Winter Ball which raises funds for Our Kids to purchase much-needed funds for Lismore Base Hospital Children’s Ward.

Cath and her team are incredible to work with, they are dedicated to the community and the success of the event.

Their flexibility and ability to work alongside all parties and stakeholders involved in the event are second to none.

This is highlighted by the continual smooth transition that occurs with our MC and Cath as they work together during the event and their focus to help raise funds for Our Kids.
