Tonight, Lismore's monthly Thursday Night Live panel explores the topic 'Always Was – Always Will be?’ - and you are invited to participate online via zoom..


In what would normally be NAIDOC week, Southern Cross University (SCU) academics from Gnibi College of Indigenous Australian Peoples will join facilitator Dhinawan Baker to discuss the strong response to the Black Lives Matter movement across Australia.



SCU lecturers Rachel Lynwood, and Rod Williams will also discuss the Sorry Day destruction by Rio Tinto of the Juukan Gorge ancient sacred site in Western Australia,


The zoom webinar begins at 5.45pm and the panel conversation begins at 6pm and finishes at 7pm, tonight, Thursday, July 9.


Participants will be able to interact via the live moderated chat


Thursday Night Live! is an evening of provocation, discussion and dialogue and is a partnership event of Southern Cross University and the Lismore Regional Gallery.
