Lismore City Council has begun the tender process for a new storage facility and clubhouse refurbishment at Albert Park, on Keen Street, Lismore.
The Albert Park complex is home to the sports of baseball and softball and has hosted numerous national events and training camps.
The complex is unique in regional Australia in that it comprises four full-sized enclosed fields, two of which are under lights.
Council is inviting submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced tenderers to provide a new storage facility and the clubhouse refurbishment at Albert Park.
The contract is for the duration of the construction.
Tender submissions close at 2pm Tuesday 7 July.
A mandatory pre-tender meeting will be held at the Albert Park site at 10:00am on Wednesday, 17 June.
