It is no longer local COVID cases that is our main concern but minor flooding as the area of low pressure sweeps down the coast from Queensland.
The Bureau of Meteorology still has a Flood Watch for Wilson's River from late today and early Tuesday for minor flooding similar to what we saw in March. Of course, this all depends on how much rain we receive in the coming three days.
In Lismore, we could well see the April average rainfall of 129mm exceeded in three days with the forecast for Monday 45-80mm, Tuesday 35-60mm and Wednesday 8-30mm.
With the catchments already saturated from the 353mm of rain that fell in March, the BOM says that increases the risk of flooding.

If minor flooding does occur it will be the usual suspects going under first, namely Hensley Car Park, the Rowing Club Car Park, Simes Bridge, Orion Street, Bridge Street, Eltham Road, Nashua Road, Boatharbour Road, Tuntable Creek Road, Rock Valley Road and Corndal Road.
You can keep up to date through the Lismore App, the Bureau of Meteorology, the Lismore NSW SES Unit and the Lismore City Council facebook page.
There is blue sky on the horizon with Thursday the day the weather clears for what looks likely to be a mostly sunny weekend.
