Anyone driving on Ballina Road at East Lismore today (Monday) can expect slight delays to allow Essential Energy to carry out street light replacement between Dibbs Street and Rotary Drive.

Work will be carried out on Monday 20 November from 9.30am to 2.30pm, weather permitting.

Contraflow traffic arrangements, traffic control and a reduced 40km/h speed limit will be in place in both directions during work hours.

Both lanes will be open and revert to posted speed limits outside of the scheduled work hours.

Motorists are advised to allow extra travel time, drive to conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
