​This frequency of delivery ensures that the ingredients that compose our dishes are as fresh as possible. We believe that the fresher the ingredients, the more flavour the dish holds.

We love to support our surrounding community by purchasing our ingredients from local vendors. Everything on the menu comes directly from the farm, to the table in front of you.
