What's Open: A great week to get out and shop local

We have a pretty perfect week of winter weather ahead of us, partly cloudy today but nothing but blue sky and 24 degrees on Tuesday.

There is no better time to get out of the house and shop local to support those businesses that have reopened since the catastrophic flood on February 28.

This week we have the reopening of Kmart on Thursday morning and Adornment Lismore on Saturday from 9:30am.

As for last week, you have another 5 businesses to visit during the week:

Hearth at 32 Zadoc Street, Lismore is open for business. Hearth is the home of mainly Ozdesigned beautiful, unique and quality clothing with some lovely pieces from France and England as well as shoes, boots, scarves, hats, sunnies, toiletries, soaps and small homewares. We're open from 10am - 6pm Tues to Fri and 10am - 4pm Saturday.

Iconic Hair Bar is the latest hair salon to open in their new space at 92 Woodlark Street, Lismore. Book one of our packages by calling (02) 6621 4835. We are open Monday 10am to 3pm, Tuesday 10am to 8pm, Wednesday 10am to 5pm, Thursday 10am to 8pm, Friday 10am to 5pm and Saturday 10am to 5pm.

Aldi has reopened its CBD store at 44 Ballina Road with an entrance off Conway Street. Open Monday to Friday 8:30am - 8pm, Saturday 8am - 7pm and Sunday 9am - 7pm.

Our list of local businesses that have reopened is now over 300 and growing each week as Lismore rebuilds.
