The Joey's World Cup wraps up in Lismore

The Lismore Joeys Mini World Cup has concluded with several close final decided on Saturday.



The week long tournament wrapped up with victories going to four separate sides.


The U/19 title went to Australia (Lismore 1) defeating France (Lismore 2) 3 goals to 1. Australia went through the competition undefeated.


The winning team in the U/16's went to Germany (Toowoomba Grammar School) who defeated France (Lismore Northern Rivers Football Academy) 3 goals to 1.


In the U/14's competition Germany (Next Level Soccer - Sydney Football Academy) defeated (Lismore Northern Rivers Football Academy) 2 goals to 1.


And in the U/12's Holland took out the title after travelling from Gladstone, defeating the Northern Rivers Football Academy Team 2 goals to 0.
