Showers are on the way

Make sure the umbrella is in the car in the coming days because we are about to be hit by trough that will move through tomorrow afternoon or evening bringing some rain with it.

There will be no need to put your gum boots in with the umbrella though as we will only get a couple of millimetres. But, and there is always that small but, there may be a storm but the chance is slight.

As has been the case recently the showers are more coastal, however some rain bands will make their way inland and fall on our gardens and farms.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday look similar with maybe 1-2 mil predicted, while Monday and Tuesday should see between 3 and 5 mm's come our way.

Helen Kirkup from the BOM says temperatures will remain relatively comfortable with maximums 22-23 degrees while minimums a touch warmer due to the cloud cover at 10-12 degrees.
