Far North Coast Rugby Union returns to the field after a break for the NSW Country Rugby Union Championships in Tamworth last weekend.

Lismore will travel to Lennox Head to take on the Trojans in a game that Lismore need to win to kick start their season.

The Greens have shown glimpses of strong defence and attacking flair but need to put it together for the full 80 minutes to pressure the teams above them on the ladder.

Like Lismore, Lennox has a young side, with most coming through the junior ranks into First Grade.

Colts will kick off the day at 12:30pm, Reserve Grade at 1:50pm and First Grade at 3:15pm.

In other games, Casuarina Beach host Wollongbar Alstonville and Byron Shire travel to Casino to take on the Bulls.

In President's Cup, the SCU Gold Rats will head to Evans Head to take on the Killer Whales looking for their first win of the season.
