Lismore City Council has advised of the temporary closure of Robert White Bridge on Wilson Street, South Lismore today (Wednesday, 22 January).

Essential Energy plans to carry out urgent vegetation management on the southern side of Robert White Bridge today, subject to fine weather conditions.

This will require the temporary closure of the bridge and a power outage between 9am and 4pm.

As a result, there will be detours.

Drivers are asked to use the detour that will be signposted and in place for both light and heavy vehicles during this closure period.
