If you will be travelling along the Bruxner Highway between Lismore and Ballina after 6pm over the next two days, plan for some delays as road works take place.

Transport for NSW has advised they will carry out road surface repairs between Lindendale and Sneaths roads on the Bruxner Highway at Wollongbar.

To reduce the impact on motorists, work starting on Sunday, 2 February, will be carried out over two nights from 6pm to 5am, and is expected to be complete by 5am on Tuesday, 4 February, weather permitting.

Single lane, alternating traffic flow arrangements and a reduced speed limit of 40km/h will be in place during work hours for the safety of motorists and workers.

Motorists are advised to allow up to ten minutes extra travel time, drive to traffic conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
