As the rain continues to fall in Lismore and the Northern Rivers, the usual road closures are starting to occur.
Wyrallah Road, just down from the Lismore Waste Facility.
Tuntable Creek Road will be closed between Rose Road and Beardow Road until further notice due to significant rainfall.
NSW SES Lismore City Unit says they expect the impact of water over our roads will continue as water continues to flow down from the upper catchments and the rivers and creeks rise.
"Please drive to conditions and be safe. Do not drive, ride, walk or play in flood water."
River levels at The Channon, Tuncester and Goolmangar are rising with the Lismore Wilsons River height 1.24m and steady at 10:20am.
