The Marist Brothers Rams will travel to Cudgen looking to topple the ladder leading Hornets on Sunday.

The Hornets are undefeated, with 8 wins for the season, with the Rams in 4th, with two games in hand due to washouts.

Brothers will look to sure up their defence against a Hornets side full of points.

The Cudgen side currently have the leading pointscorer in the NRRRL competition in Elliott Speed and the leading try scorer with Malachi Dumas.

The Rams are coming off a solid 36-6 victory over the Kyogle Turkeys last Saturday, and go into the match with a light week of training after playing three matches in 7 days last week.

All four grades will tackle the Hornets at Ned Byrne Oval, with Ladies League Tag starting the day at 10:45am, followed by U/18's, Reserve Grade and First Grade kicking off at 2:45pm on Sunday.

Northern United will host the Ballina Seagulls at Crozier Field on Sunday in a match the Dirawongs are desperate to win.

United are looking for their first win of the season but have been competitive in a number of matches this season.

Ballina currently sit in fifth after a slow start to the year but are gaining momentum.

The Dirawongs will look to turnaround a last start 60-18 loss to Bilambil.

First Grade will kick off at the normal time of 2:45pm on Sunday.
