The Casino Cougars have taken out the Far North Coast Softball Association Grand Final at Albert Park.

The Cougars took on the Rous Warriors in the Division 1 decider and both sides put on a great display of softball.

The Casino side eventually ran out 13-5 winners.

The team has been together for a number of years and their experience and representative talent showed in their 8 run victory.

There was only one point separating the two sides at the end of the regular season, with the Rous Warriors taking out the Minor Premiership.

The Division 2 Grand Final saw the Dodger Demons defeat the Workers Dales Turkeys 9-3.

The Turkeys were the Minor Premiers in Division 2, with Dodgers Demons coming from 3rd place to take the title.

It was a great day of softball to conclude the 2022/23 season which commenced in October as repairs to the Albert Park complex continued throughout the season.
