UPDATE: Power has been restored around 7:45pm.

A Tuntable Creek Lismore App reader has reached out to say that 3,380 homes in the north of the Lismore LGA is without power tonight.

The power outage started at 6.38pm affecting properties at Bexhill, Clunes, Cornwall, Eltham, Goonengerry, Koonorigan, Modanville, Nimbin, North Lismore, Rosebank, Terania Creek, Tuntable Creek, Tuntable Falls, Whian Whian and Woodlawn, to name a few.

Essential Energy does not know the reason for the outage and says they are investigating.

The Essential Energy website says the Estimated Time On is tomorrow morning at 2am, at this stage.
