Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man wanted by virtue of an outstanding warrant in Woodburn.

Thomas Jack Cochran-Byrnes, aged 19, is wanted by virtue of outstanding arrest warrants relating to alleged domestic violence offences.

Officers attached to Richmond Police District have released images of Thomas as inquiries continue to locate him.

Thomas is described as being of Caucasian appearance, of medium build, with short brown hair and brown eyes.

He is known to frequent the Lismore, Goonellabah, and Woodburn areas.

Anyone who sees him is urged not to approach him but to call Triple Zero (000) immediately.
