The Wollongbar/Alstonville Pioneers will be looking to make history on Saturday in the Far North Coast Rugby Union First Grade Grand Final.
The Pioneers will be looking for their seventh Premiership in succession, a feat that has never been achieved in the history of the Far North Coast competition.
The side will also contest their ninth straight Grand Final against a strong Lennox Head Trojans side looking to end their reign.
The Pioneers will field an experienced finals squad against a Lennox side that has a blend of youth and experience.

The Trojans will be led by Ex-Wallaby Berrick Barnes, who will no doubt prove a handful for the Wollongbar/Alstonville side.
Barnes played 51 tests for the Wallabies, scoring 200 points in a seven year period between 2007 and 2013. Barnes also had stints with the Brisbane Broncos, Queensland Reds, NSW Waratahs and most recently in Japan with the Panasonic Wild Knights and Ricoh Black Rams.
The Pioneers will be without Captain Hamish Mould and Second Rower Nick Pennisi after both players succumbed to a FNC Rugby Union rule that does not allow a player to receive 3 Yellow Cards in a season. Both players will be watching on from the sidelines after receiving their third sin bin last week in the dramatic Preliminary Final win over Ballina.
The experienced flyhalf Ben Damen will take over the captaincy role from Mould, a position he is quite familiar with after captaining the Pioneers to previous titles.
Coach Paul Jeffery is happy with the teams preparations, "Training this week has been upbeat and positive."

"Grand Finals are always different, you can go into a Grand Final with Plan A and if that isn't working you need B, C and D, and that's what we have worked on this week."
"We have a squad of players that have been in this situation before, so hopefully that helps on Saturday."
The last time the two teams met was back in Round 1 of the competition and the result was a narrow victory to the Pioneers 32-31.
The Trojans would go into the match as favourites after taking out the Minor Premiership, but the Pioneers are looking to overcome the loss of key players and cause the upset.
Both teams play an attacking brand of rugby, in what should be a very entertaining and high scoring match.
