Lismore's Lily Patston scored four tries in her sides dominant 27-0 victory over Casuarina in the Far North Coast Women's Rugby Union 10's Grand Final.

Casey King scored the first try for Lismore before Patston showed her class, scoring her first try before halftime for a 10-0 lead.

It was the second half that was dominated by the Green's as Patston scored a hat trick after the break, as Lismore piled on 17 unanswered points to blitz Casuarina 27-0.

The Lismore forward pack set the platform for the big win, with hard work and plenty of metres gained through the middle of the ground.

This was a major turn around after going down to Casuarina 17-0 in the Major Semi Final three weeks ago.

The side were able to take the Premiership without Adriana Lisetto and Catriona Bain who both missed large parts of the season through injury.

It was the clubs first ever Women's Premiership in the competitions short history.

The win came after the club has overcome adversity in 2022 after a major part of the season was spent without playing and training fields and clubhouse.

The club trained in a carpark in the Lismore CBD after the February and March floods as they were unable to access the Lismore Rugby Grounds for several months.

In other grades, Wollongbar/Alstonville took out the First Grade Premiership after dominating Bangalow 43-12. The Pioneers led 18-5 at halftime and turned on the razzle dazzle in the second half to overturn the Major Semi Final result.

Richmond Range had an emotional win in Second Grade 33-12 over Ballina, after the club was only recently resurrected to return to FNC Rugby Union.

The Lennox Head Trojans took out the Colts Grand Final 26-14 over Casuarina in what was a dominant season for the seasiders, taking both the Minor and Major Trophies.

The Wollongbar/Alstonville Pioneers also dominated the President's Cup Grand Final with a 38-3 win after leading 31-3 at the break.
