Lismore's Grace Parsons has starred in her debut for the Queensland Fire in the Women's National Cricket League on Sunday.
The Queensland side took on the South Australian Scorpions at North Sydney Oval.
The Fire won the toss and elected to bowl with question marks on the unpredictable weather in Sydney.
Parsons took the ball midway through the innings and struck in the 27th over, picking up her first wicket for the Fire.

Grace then continued to take wickets at regular intervals, troubling the Scorpions batters, eventually taking 4/33 off 7 overs.
Unfortunately, the match was halted in the 36th over with South Australia 8/140 due to rain and eventually abandoned.
"It was very surreal and such an awesome experience." Parsons said.
The next match for the Queensland Fire will be on Thursday 10 March against Victoria.
