A large contingent of swimmers from two Lismore squads will head south during the week to contest the NSW Country Swimming Championships at Homebush.
The Championships will see swim clubs from Albury in the south to Banora Point in the north looking to add Country Championships to the trophy cabinet.
Nine swimmers from the Lismore Workers Swim Club will contest a total of 42 events across the 3 days of competition under the tutelage of Head Coach Peter Harvey.

Youngsters Andrea Thomson and Indigo Creighton will both contest 9 individual events, while Ben Auckram will contest 5 events after recently setting new Australian Multi Class records in the 800m Freestyle and the 200m Backstroke events in the S8 classification.

McKinley Arnison is also expected to have a big weekend.
The Trinity Swim Club will send a 15 strong contingent who will contest 113 events and 4 relays, managed by Head Coach Simon Watkins.
Sophie Mayes has a huge schedule, with 11 individual events and 2 relays to swim in the 15 years age group between Friday and Sunday.

Niquola White, Sylas Phillips, Piper Phillips, Finn Pengelly, Beth Lockwood, Lily Geddes, Millie Edwards-Bradshaw and Harry Kilburn will all swim nine events or more throughout the Championships.
Harry Kilburn is coming off a phenomenal school swimming carnival, setting 9 new records at Trinity Catholic College during the week.
A number of swimmers will be targeting times for the upcoming National Age Championships on the Gold Coast in April.
