Northern United will be out to down the Lower Clarence Magpies in their NRRRL clash at Clifford Park on Saturday.

The Dirawongs continue to impress many and will be out to add another scalp in the progression to the Semi Finals.

The side sits in equal first position on points, but third after For and Against is calculated.

Coach Chris Binge has a very strong side at his fingertips and the work that he has done over the past fews years as well as a strong recruitment this season has resulted in success.

The team comes off a solid victory over Marist Brothers last weekend, anchored by an impressive defensive effort.

Lower Clarence are coming off a Bye last weekend but were impressive in Round 11 with a 42-16 win over the Rams.

The match will be played at Clifford Park on Saturday afternoon, kicking off at 2:45pm.

All four grades will be on show, with Ladies League Tag at 10:50pm, U/18's at 12:00pm and Reserve Grade starting at 1:15pm.

Marist Brothers will travel to Mullumbimby to take on the Giants in Ladies League Tag, Reserve Grade and First Grade on Sunday.
