Nimbin artists wanted to deliver artwork for Rainbow Road Walking Track

Lismore City Council is inviting all Nimbin artists to submit an Expression of Interest for the development and delivery of artwork for the Nimbin Rainbow Road Walking Track.

The artwork for this project will be permanent and the aim is to enhance the track by adding something that's inspiring, thought-provoking, and appealing to both locals and visitors.

"If you are an artist or a collaboration of artists with a strong connection to Nimbin, we would love to hear from you!" LCC says on their Facebook page.

To be considered for the project, you need to submit an Expression of Interest which must include:

  • Your artist CV
  • Examples of your previous work
  • Your proposed ideas and concepts for the Nimbin Rainbow Road Walking Track
  • An indicative budget.

"This is a fantastic opportunity for local artists to showcase their talents and contribute to the Nimbin community."

To submit your Expression of Interest, please visit LCC's Your Say page at https://yoursay.lismore.nsw.gov.au/expression-of-interest....

Expressions of Interest close on Friday, 5 May.

The Nimbin Rainbow Road Walking Track project is funded under the Bushfire Local Economic Recovery Package, which is co-funded by the Australian and NSW governments.
