Take a stroll around the Lismore block and discover the heritage of our CBD, tonight, Thursday, November 13 in a Night at the Museum.
Lismore Museum invites the community to the launch of a newly published 200-page book - as part of its Night at the Museum program.
A Stroll Around the Block – Exploring the CBD's Heritage was written by long term member of the Richmond River Historical Society (RRHS), Robyn Braithwaite,
“The book was partly funded through Lismore City Council’s Community Grants Program,” RRHS publicity officer Glenys Ritchie said.
“We have had much interest in the book from locals, business owners, and ex-pat Lismore residents.
“The book describes the heritage of the buildings, previous owners, as well as the stories of residents who have lived in the CBD.”
