The rain has been pretty relentless for the last two days so it is not surprising to finally have a Minor Flood Warning from the Bureau of Meteorology tonight.
The BOM has said that minor flooding is possible at Lismore overnight tonight and into Monday.
"Moderate rainfall over the Wilsons River catchment during the weekend has led to river rises along the tributaries upstream of Lismore. The Wilsons River at Lismore may reach the minor flood level (4.2 metres) overnight Sunday into Monday."
The BOM says further rises are possible.
A minor flood warning is current for the Richmond River.
The Lismore App understands that Wyrallah Road near the recycle centre has water over the road so many other low lying roads will be in the same condition. Please don't drive through flood waters.
The next BOM update will be at 11pm.
