Goonellabah Workers Sports Sam McLean will look to continue his good form on Saturday against Murwillumbah in at Oakes Oval.

McLean hit a century last week against the Casino Cavaliers, eventually being dismissed for 106 but not before guiding his side to victory.

Goonellabah posted 239 after dismissing the Cavaliers for 120, with McLean also picking up 2 wickets.

The century has moved McLean (8th) into the top ten run scorers in the LJ Hooker League with 306 runs at 43.71. This goes with his 14 wickets at 14.36.

Reece Gregor finished with 4/33, to be the best of the bowlers against Casino.

GWS will look for a big win in their Round 10 clash with Murwillumbah.

Murwillumbah are currently in tenth place and Goonellabah after their Round 9 win have moved into second place with just three rounds to play before Semi Finals.

Goonellabah will field a near full strength side for the clash.

The match commences at 1:00pm at Oakes Oval and will conclude next Saturday 25 February.

Marist Brothers have a bye in Round 10.
