Connor Ziebell was the chief destroyer for Cudgen with 4/56 off 15 overs.

In reply GWS have Cudgen 1/15 off 9.1 overs with Reece Gregor taking the lone wicket late in the day with figures of 1/1 off 1.1.

The home side will look for early wickets next Saturday to put pressure on Cudgen's middle order.
