Marist Brothers Rams to catch up with the Raiders

The Marist Brothers Rams will play a catch-up game against the Tweed Coast Raiders on Saturday at Cabarita.

The postponed Round 4 matches will see all 4 grades take to the field in a much-needed match for the Rams.

The Ladies League Tag will start proceedings at 10:50am, followed by U/18's at 12:00pm an Reserve Grade at 1:15pm.

First Grade will kick off at the normal time of 2:45pm at Les Burger Field.

The Rams will look to improve their start against Tweed Coast after battling back from 16-0 deficits in their last two matches.

Brothers clawed back the deficit against Casino two weeks ago, to draw 16all, but couldn't bridge the margin against the strong Bilambil Jets last weekend, going down 26-22.

Coach Darryl Butcher has been able to name a similar side to last week, with Noah King returning at fullback, the only major change.

Halfback Shallin Fuller has been in impressive form early this season and will look to steer the Rams forward pack around the park.

Just one competition point separates the two sides on the ladder and both sides will be desperate to add another two to their tally.

A big contingent of supporters are expected to make their way up the highway to support the Rams.
