Lismore will head to Ballina on Saturday with renewed confidence after a strong effort last week against Lennox Head in FNC Rugby Union.

The Green's went down in the dying seconds of the match 22-20, falling agonisingly close to their first win of the season.

The Round 7 clash will not be an easy assignment for Lismore, with Ballina producing a strong side in the 2025 season.

Lismore have made several changes to their side, with Tate Bailey moving to hooker and Louis Sivewright slotting in at prop.

Adam Rodd moves from inside centre to the backrow, with Jayjay Sheungfuk pulling on the No. 12 jersey.

Lismore's Colts will head south to play Yamba at 12:30pm on Saturday, before the Women kick off in Ballina at 1:00pm, followed by Reserve Grade at 1:50pm and First Grade will start at the normal time of 3:15pm.

In other Round 7 matches, Wollongbar will host Lennox Head and the Byron Shire Rebels will travel north to Casuarina to match up against the Barbarians.

In President's Cup, the SCU Gold Rats will play the Yamba Buccaneers at 3:00pm in Yamba.
