Lismore Workers has a strong group of 16 swimmers, led by Head Coach Peter Harvey.

Andrea Thomson will be take on the biggest program for the club, with 17 individual events and 4 relays across the two days.

Michael Bullpit will contest 16 events in the 12 Years Boys program and Multi Class athletes McKinley Arnison and Ben Auckram will continue to push their National Qualifying Times at the meet.

The Trinity Club will take 22 swimmers to Banora Point headed by a number of athletes who will be looking to add to the National Age Qualifying Times.

Harry Kilburn (15 events), Sophie Mayes (12 events), Silas Phillips (10 events) and Beth Lockwood (9 events) have all set times for the Championships in April on the Gold Coast.

Club Coach Simon Watkins is excited about the meet.

"Swimmers from across the North Coast have been training hard and it is great to be able to hold such a big event with some COVID restrictions still in place," he said.

"The entry numbers are great and it should be a good two days."
