The Lismore Rugby Union Club (LRUC) is seeking interested applicants for several coaching positions for the 2022 FNC Rugby season.
The Club is seeking applicants for First Grade Men, Women's 10's and Colts (U18's or possibly U19's - depending on the FNC Rugby competition makeup for 2022).
The 2021 FNC Rugby Union Competition was "abandoned" as a result of the lockdown restrictions, which included Community Sport and the club is already planning for 2022.
Applicants for the positions will need to be willing to coach within a larger structure that combines all senior men, women and colts training together regularly as one group. This will include working with other coaches and managers of these mentioned groups.
Potential applicants will also require or be willing to attain the following certification to be considered for either of these positions:
First Grade Coach: will need to have a current SmartRugby, WWCC (volunteer) and a Rugby AU Level 2 Coaching Certificate.
Colts Coach will need to have current SmartRugby, WWCC (volunteer) and a Rugby AU Level 1 Coaching Certificate.
Women's Assistant Coach will need to have current SmartRugby, WWCC (volunteer) and a Rugby AU Level 1 Coaching Certificate. The intention is that the 2022 Assistant Coach will take over as Coach in season 2023.
