UPDATE: ROAD OPEN AT 8:40PM

There has been a two-car accident on Lismore Road near the Booyong Road turnoff to Nashua at 3:13 this afternoon.

Live Traffic says the road is closed in both directions with emergency services in attendance.

You are advised to use the Pacific Highway to get to Lismore from Bangalow or to travel to Bangalow.
