Lismore and District Netball Association resumed competition on Saturday after a break for the school holidays.



The Division 1 match of the round was between second placed SCU Italo Aussies and third placed Daleys Devils.


SCU got out to an early lead in the first quarter but Daleys fought back to level it up at quarter time 9-9.


The Devils shooters hit the mark in the second stanza and the team went to a narrow 16-14 lead at half time.

The third quarter was dominated by Italo Aussies shooter Mandy Brown as SCU took a 24-21 lead at the final break.


Brown continued her accurate shooting in the fourth, with SCU outscoring the Devils 8-6 and wrapping up the match 32-27.


Bundjalarms remain undefeated as they defeated clubmates Bundjalarms Blue 41-14 after leading 19-6 at halftime.


Daleys had a strong second half after leading 15-5 at half time, running out 34-12 winners over Summerlanders Mystics, to remain in fourth place.
