Lismore make changes for big day of Rugby

Lismore's First Grade Rugby Union Team have made a number of changes to their starting side to take on the Casuarina Beach Barbarians in Lismore on Saturday.

The side is still looking for their first win of the season and will look to a number of positional changes for inspiration.

Young Aggrey Leju moves into the front row, with Tate Bailey locking in at the unfamiliar Number 8 spot to strengthen the back row.

Dylan Tulk and Tyler Coveney will bring the height to the line out, looking to match the Barbarians at the set piece.

Cody Johnston will Captain/Coach the team from 9 and Joey Davis moves closer to the action at 10 from his usual fullback role.

Zack Rokotuitai and Brendan Harrington will be a new combination on the wings for the side who will be playing in front of a large and vocal crowd.

The club has their Old Boys Day which includes plenty of family activities including face painting and a jumping castle for the kids.

All four grades will be on show from 11:50am, with U/18 Colts taking the field to hold on to second spot on the ladder.

Reserve Grade kicks off at 1:00pm followed by the Women's 12's at 2:20pm.

This match should be a thriller, with Casuarina sitting on top of the ladder and Lismore close on their heals in second place.

First Grade will start at the normal time of 3:15pm.
