Lismore will finally return home after a long wait, when they host the Byron Shire Rebels on Saturday.

After a general bye for the June Long Weekend last week, Lismore had played 4 away games and had a home game washed out, with their last home game a 31-3 loss to Casuarina on April 12.

The side will look to rally together for the showdown with the Rebels after going down heavily to Ballina 86-21 in Round 7.

Coach Rodney Pita has been able to name a familiar team for the match, with Cody Johnston returning at hooker and Harry Gillett and Braeden Williams taking the field after being named in the NSW Country Colts squad during the week.

A number of the clubs' juniors were also named in their respective age division Country teams after the NSW Country Junior Rugby Championships were played last weekend.

The club will be hosting their annual Ladies Day, with four games starting at 11:50am with Colts followed by the Women's match at 1:00pm, Reserve Grade at 1:50pm and First Grade kicking off at the normal time of 3:15pm.
