The action is heating up at the Baseball NSW Senior Country Men's Championships at Albert Park this weekend.

Action started on Saturday and will conclude on Monday, with teams contesting Men's A and Men's B Divisions.

Far North Coast has teams in both divisions and is looking to hoist the trophy at their home complex.

Saturday's results saw FNC defeat NSW Country 12-0, in their first game and Newcastle 9-1 in the second to top the ladder in Men's A.

The FNC side take on Tamworth at 9:30am on Sunday to see who will finish on top before the playoffs begin at 12:30pm.

The Men's A side will start Sunday as favourites, after Tamworth had narrow 1 run wins over NSW Country and Newcastle on Day 1.

In Men's B, FNC had a 5-5 draw with Tamworth on Saturday morning, before going down to a strong Coffs Harbour side 19-3.

In matches to be contested on Sunday in Men's B, the FNC side will look to get the edge over Tamworth at 11:45am before taking on Coffs Harbour again at 2:30pm.

Monday's Finals will commence at 8:30am and 11:15am in Men's B and 9:00am and 11:45am in Men's A, hopefully with FNC teams involved in both Grand Finals.

All of the action is at the Albert Park Baseball Complex on Keen Street.
