The webinar is organised by North Coast Local Land Services (NCLLS), in conjunction with David Hardwick from Soil Land Food.
NCLLS Senior Land Services Officer, Kel Langfield said soil is the foundation of any agricultural enterprise, and healthy soil is critical for optimal water use and plant production.
"Increasing your knowledge on soils and soil management will help deliver better outcomes for the physical, chemical and biological properties of your farm soils without losses in productivity or profitability," Kel said.
"In the hour-long session, participants will receive practical advice and the opportunity to ask questions in an accessible online environment."
David Hardwick said he was excited to be involved in the webinars.
"Especially being able to provide practical and relevant information to farmers and land managers to build skills in soils and land management," he said.
A series of four webinars will run throughout the next 12 months. Participants must register separately for each of the webinars. To register for the first Webinar on November 18, visit https://dpie.adobeconnect.com/soils/event/event_info.html
