1.08pm: Heavy rains have caused local flooding across both lanes on Boatharbour Road.

A local resident sent in this picture, telling The Lismore App that the localised flooding, from the creek near by, was located between Cameron Road and Richmond Hill.

The NSW SES Lismore City Unit has also advised that there is water across the road near McKinnon Rd at Boatharbour.

"Please be aware of the situation and take alternative routes," the SES advised.
