How are Lismore buses? Have your say at public forums in February

For those Lismore App readers that catch a bus, whether daily, weekly or monthly, Member for Lismore Janelle Saffin is inviting you to have your say about bus services at coming public forums.

“The NSW Government has set up a Bus Industry Taskforce to make recommendations on how to make bus services better across NSW.

“The Taskforce is holding forums in Murwillumbah and Lismore this month to hear directly from passengers and local communities about what they want to get from their bus services.

“Feedback is welcome on any aspect of bus travel including bus routes and timetables, bus stop locations, access for getting on and off the bus, and fares and ticketing.

“The taskforce is also looking at school bus services, so this is an opportunity to give feedback on school bus routes, bus safety, and bus interchanges which has been an issue of particular concern in recent years,” Ms Saffin said.
