Motorists are advised of changed overnight traffic conditions from this week on the Bruxner Highway at Casino to carry out important maintenance work between Hickey and Short streets. 

One traffic lane will be closed with alternating flow arrangements in place while workers resurface areas around the intersections to provide a longer lasting and safer road for motorists. 

To minimise impact on motorists, work will be carried out from 6pm to 6am on the nights of Wednesday 19 and Thursday 20 January, and again on the night of Tuesday 1 February, weather permitting. 

Traffic control and a reduced speed limit of 40 km/h will be in place for the safety of workers and motorists.  

Motorists are advised to drive to the conditions, and follow the directions of signs and traffic control.
