Richmond Police District are appealing for public assistance to locate Texas O'Toole, who is wanted on Domestic Violence related offences.

O'Toole is aged 22, is described as having a caucasian appearance, 170cm to 180cm tall, with brown hair and a thin build.

He is believed to frequent the Lismore and Goonellabah areas.
