Police are appealing to the public for information on the whereabouts of missing young person Chelsea Poulton.

Police have serious concerns about Chelsea's safety due to her tender age of 13.

Chelsea is described as being between 160cm and 170cm tall, 50-60kg, is Caucasian with long dark hair.

She is believed to be wearing wearing light brown track pants, and a light brown baggy sweat shirt top.
