Adam Gregor from Natroshield called the Lismore App yesterday with some good news for those cleaning their homes over the Easter break, the eco-friendly mould remover Natroshield has a new home for you to collect the product from.
Two new homes actually but only one is open over Easter.
Resilient Lismore at 117 Magellan Street will be open today (Good Friday), Easter Saturday and Easter Monday 9am to 4pm. They will be closed Easter Sunday.
The second venue from next Tuesday 19 April is the Koori Mail on Molesworth Street near Browns Creek car park.
Adam said they are transitioning from the tanker at Lismore Square to the two new locations. The tanker will be available for Natroshield until it runs out, as I write it has about 8000 litres left.
Resilient Lismore and the Koori Mail will have 2 x 1000 litre pods of Natroshield.
If you have concerns about it running out, Adam said "It is like a bottomless packet of Tim Tams, it will never run out."
You are encouraged to bring your own containers although there is a 'share or loan container' offering, this does require you to bring the container back so others can have the same benefit.
If you are one of the Easter long weekend cleaning warriors, you will find Resilient Lismore on Magellan Street opposite the library in the car park next to Pacific Wholefoods.
(The view you will get driving by Resilient Lismore on Magellan Street, maybe minus the welcoming committee!)
Not only do they have Natroshield but generators, vacuum cleaners, gumboots etc an on loan tool library for handymen.
Resilient Lismore leader and Lismore City Councillor Elly Bird said they are gratefully accepting donations of tools to help with the recovery.
