The Far North Coast Rugby Union competition heads into Round 12 on Saturday with just 7 rounds remaining in the 2024 season.

The Saturday matches look fairly easy for tipsters, with the Evans River and Casino Bulls match potentially the closest to predict.

The SCU Gold Rats will host Casuarina at Maurie Ryan Oval in East Lismore with several changes from last week.

The experienced Matt Anderson comes back into the side at 9 and CJ King moves into the front row after a solid game last week.

Number 8 Xavier Salapo has been a powerhouse for the Rats this season and he will look to continue his try scoring feats against the Barbarians.

Lismore will travel to Ballina, with the Seahorses looking to get back into the winners circle after a loss to Byron Shire last weekend.

The Greens have made changes with Tate Bailey and Cameron Bryant returning to the front row, Cooper Cox will start at 9 and Cody Johnston moves to 10.

A young centre pairing in Gus Leju and Soren Webster will take the field with tall winger Cohen Cartwright playing just his second First Grade match.

All First Grade matches will kick off at 3:15pm.
