Far North Coast Rugby Union will commence Week 1 of catch up matches that were lost earlier in the season due to the wet weather.

The majority of First Grade matches have been completed, with only a handful left to complete the competition prior to Semi Finals.

Saturday will see Bangalow host the Wollongbar/Alstonville Pioneers, while the local derby will be played out in Lennox Head, when Ballina travel north.

Lismore will have their Women's 10's and Colts sides in action, with the Women taking on Ballina and the Colts travelling to Lennox Head to play the ladder leading Trojans.

A victory for the Women would put them in contention for the Minor Premiership.
