UPDATE: Sunday's rainfall is now forecast to be 60-80mm.
The Bureau of Meteorology has released a minor to moderate flood watch for the Wilsons River as well as the Richmond and Tweed Rivers.
A low-pressure system is forecast to develop near the northern New South Wales coast on Sunday and move south during Monday, bringing moderate to heavy rain to the northern coast, including the Northern Rivers.
This rainfall may cause minor to moderate flooding along the Wilsons, Richmond and Tweed Rivers from Sunday.
The Bureau's forecast is for 10-30mm tomorrow (Saturday) but as we have seen so far with the low coming from the west, Lismore and the Northern Rivers have been on the lower end. May this continue for the last day of the Lismore Show.
Sunday 20-45mm is expected as the low moves south with Monday another 8-15mm. The forecast is for blue skies from Wednesday.
