Five promising young players with Marist Brothers Rams and Marist Brothers Juniors have been selected for the Northern Rivers Titans sides to play in Round 1 of the Under 16s Andrew Johns Cup and Under 18s Laurie Daley Cup.

Both sides will play Macarthur West Tigers at Kingsford Smith Oval, Ballina,on Saturday

Reshawn Brown, who plays for Marist Brothers Juniors, has been selected in the centres for the Titans in the Andrew Johns Cup.

Marist Brothers Rams' Jack Elmore, Henry Lee, Harry Sivewright and Kurt Roberson have been chosen for the Titans in the Laurie Daley Cup.

Young Brothers' Jye Davis, Harry Sivewright, Henry Lee, Kurt Roberson, Jack Elmore and Nathan Watts are all in the Under 18s Titans squad.

Lee played for the Brothers' First Grade side last season and was awarded the Best New Player Award at the Marist Brothers Rams' end of season awards night. He was part of Marist Brothers Juniors the season before.

All five players are a credit to Marist Brothers Rams and the city of Lismore.

They have been training hard with the Titans and with the Rams in the Summer.

In addition, Brothers' Tony Malutu is the manager of the Titans' Under 16s side.
